Optional Upgrades

Unit owners can add the following upgrades for amounts found listed here. Amenities outside this list can be added as well, including hydraulic lifts. We can provide a list of preferred vendors for amenities not covered.

  • Interior finish upgrade to one sidewall painted gyp
  • Alternative HVAC split system with electric heating and cooling
  • Electrical add-ins, including: LED lights, extra outlets and emergency exit lights
  • Restroom additions, including one tank toilet, one mounted wall lavatory, one faucet with eletrical heat, one exhaust fan, light, painting and drywall
  • Full unit security system, including: 110V hookup panel, 2 door contact sensors, 2 motion sensors and offsite cellphone monitoring
